There is a wide gap between having Kubernetes on a CV and having it survive a technical round, and the gap is not about knowing more objects. Almost nobody is asked to recite what a StatefulSet is. What gets asked is some version of "it is broken, what do you do".
The answer that lands is a sequence, not a fact: check the pod status first, because the status name usually is the diagnosis; read the Events section of describe before the logs, because scheduling and image problems never reach the logs at all; then the logs, with the previous container's output if the current one has not written anything yet.
