Why a Certificate Alone Won’t Get You Hired (and What Does)
Worth saying plainly, because the industry oversells certificates. In Indian DevOps hiring — especially at product companies — what moves the needle is, roughly in order:

- 3The ability to reason about a system under pressure (system design / SRE thinking)
- 4And then certificates, as validation
Certificates help — they’re a useful signal and sometimes a screening filter — but they’re the supporting actor, not the lead. This course is weighted accordingly: most of your time is spent building and deploying, not memorising.
How to Choose a DevOps Course in India — An Honest Comparison

GenAI module (separate certificate)
AI for Terraform/Kubernetes YAML, Copilot for DevOps, AI-assisted incident response, LangChain. Lab: a bot that explains a failed deployment in plain English.
The Two Certifications You Earn
Certificate 1 — DevOps Practitioner
Awarded on completing the 8-week core (5 AWS projects, capstone).
Certificate 2 — GenAI DevOps Specialist
Awarded for the separate 10-hour GenAI module.
A straight answer on what these are worth
Our certificates validate that you completed real project work — useful as a signal and a portfolio anchor. They are not a substitute for vendor certifications like the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), which carry independent industry weight. We prepare you with the skills those exams test, and recommend taking them after the course. Anyone implying their in-house certificate replaces AWS or CNCF credentials is overselling.
