Most “DevOps certification” in India means watching pre-recorded videos and getting a PDF at the end. That certificate doesn’t get you hired — a portfolio of things you’ve actually deployed does. This is a live, instructor-led course built around that reality: small cohorts, eight weeks of real labs, five AWS deployments with public URLs, and a separate GenAI module. You finish with two certificates and a portfolio you can defend in an interview.
We keep cohorts small precisely because these groups need different things, and a 40-person batch can’t serve any of them well.
Want a job-ready skill, not another theory certificate. We start from Linux and Git; no prior DevOps knowledge assumed.
Moving into DevOps or cloud — usually the fastest transition, because you already understand software delivery.
Doable with consistent weekly effort. We are honest that it is effort, not magic — but people do it regularly.
Formalise Kubernetes, Terraform, SRE and GenAI-assisted workflows for a senior move.
Worth saying plainly, because the industry oversells certificates. In Indian DevOps hiring — especially at product companies — what moves the needle is, roughly in order:
Certificates help — they’re a useful signal and sometimes a screening filter — but they’re the supporting actor, not the lead. This course is weighted accordingly: most of your time is spent building and deploying, not memorising.
Three formats dominate, and the right one depends on you. We think small-cohort wins for most people serious about switching — but if a big brand name is your priority, be honest with yourself and choose accordingly. The worst outcome is paying for any format and not finishing it.
Udemy, Coursera, most "certification" products
Pros: Cheapest, most flexible
Cons: Zero accountability; most people do not finish; no one to unstick you
Best if you are already disciplined and just need content
The big brands (30-50 per batch)
Pros: Strong brand value on the resume, structured
Cons: Little individual attention; one-size syllabus
Best if the brand name itself matters most and you are self-sufficient
What we run (capped at 10)
Pros: Working-engineer instructor, individual feedback, real-company interview prep
Cons: Smaller brand name than the giants
Best if you want accountability and depth and learn better when someone knows your weak spots
Core 8 weeks plus a separate 10-hour GenAI module — roughly 50+ hours of live training. Weekend and weekday-evening batches run live online across India.
Command line, permissions, shell scripting, cron, Git workflows. Lab: environment setup + automation scripts.
EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch. Lab: deploy a 3-tier app with proper VPC and security groups.
Images, Dockerfiles, multi-stage builds, Compose, volumes. Lab: containerize a microservices app.
Architecture, pods, deployments, services, ingress, autoscaling, Amazon EKS. Lab: microservices on EKS with auto-scaling.
Declarative pipelines, Jenkinsfile, blue-green and canary. Lab: full pipeline from commit to EKS with tests.
HCL, AWS providers, state, modules. Lab: provision your whole AWS stack with Terraform.
CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SLIs/SLOs. Lab: full monitoring stack with dashboards and alerts.
Trivy, Checkov, Secrets Manager, Vault, SAST/DAST. Lab: capstone tying everything together.
AI for Terraform/Kubernetes YAML, Copilot for DevOps, AI-assisted incident response, LangChain. Lab: a bot that explains a failed deployment in plain English.
Awarded on completing the 8-week core (5 AWS projects, capstone).
Awarded for the separate 10-hour GenAI module.
Our certificates validate that you completed real project work — useful as a signal and a portfolio anchor. They are not a substitute for vendor certifications like the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), which carry independent industry weight. We prepare you with the skills those exams test, and recommend taking them after the course. Anyone implying their in-house certificate replaces AWS or CNCF credentials is overselling.
The portfolio is the point. Each project deploys to a public URL you can show an interviewer.
3-tier e-commerce app on AWS — public live URL; proves AWS fundamentals.
Microservices blog platform — the architecture system-design rounds probe.
Portfolio site with CI/CD — S3, CloudFront, Route 53, GitHub Actions, SSL; auto-deploys on push.
REST API with a Jenkins pipeline — full CI/CD from commit to Kubernetes.
Capstone: end-to-end DevOps stack — Terraform + EKS + Jenkins + Prometheus/Grafana + ELK + security scanning.
DevOps remains one of the stronger-paying tracks in Indian IT, but the numbers online are wildly exaggerated. A realistic, all-India picture:
| Level | All-India Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Entry / first DevOps role | 5-10 LPA | Higher in Gurugram/Bangalore, lower in tier-2 cities |
| Mid-level (3-5 yrs) | 12-25 LPA | Depends on city and company type |
| Senior / SRE / lead | 25 LPA+ | Especially at product companies and GCCs |
Where you land in these ranges depends on your portfolio and interview performance far more than on which course badge you hold.
Lead DevOps Instructor · AWS Certified Solutions Architect · 8+ years DevOps, ex-DevOps Lead at TCS
Every cohort is taught live by Firoz — not a rotating panel of junior trainers. He spent 8+ years as a DevOps and cloud engineer, including a DevOps Lead role at TCS, shipping production CI/CD, Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructure before moving into full-time teaching in 2021. Because batches are capped at 10, he knows where each student is stuck by the second week.
He keeps the curriculum current against what hiring managers actually ask in interviews, and runs the GenAI module himself rather than outsourcing it.
